Connect with nature at the beautiful El Dorado Nature Center. I’ll be teaching Kundalini yoga + Meditation.

Register for the month through Long Beach Parks and Recreation, or drop in for $15 a class. Parking fee is included. 

Please bring your own yoga mat. Class starts inside in the classroom and moves outdoors as a group to a serene off trail location when weather permits.
