  • Kundalini Yoga

    Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of consciousness and a synthesis of Raja Yoga, Shakti Yoga, and Bhakti Yoga. It is considered the highest form of yoga according to the Hatha Yoga Pradipika.

    Distinct from other yoga practices, Kundalini emphasizes emotional and spiritual intensity enabling practitioners to attune the body’s energy centers.
