Chromonyasa Soundbath is a 60 minute multi-instrument sound meditation that leverages rhythm, entrainment, resonance, harmonics, and targeted sound frequencies to align with different brain wave states. This approach maximizes healing potential, effectively reduces stress, and restores balance to the nervous system.

Somatic Kundalini Yoga and Sound Therapy is a 60-minute class that integrates several therapeutic techniques with proven benefits:

- Somatic Vocal Release: This practice encourages the release of stored tension and emotional stress through vocal expression, which has been shown to enhance emotional processing and reduce stress levels.

- Rhythmic Breathwork and Vagal Toning: By focusing on controlled, rhythmic breathing and vagal toning, this technique supports the autonomic nervous system, promoting relaxation and improving emotional regulation. Research indicates that such practices can help lower anxiety and enhance overall well-being.

- Gentle Kundalini + Vinyasa: This component involves fluid, mindful movement sequences that improve flexibility, strength, and mindfulness, contributing to physical and mental relaxation.

- Sound Bath: Utilizing sound frequencies, sound baths can induce deep relaxation and meditative states, with studies suggesting benefits such as reduced stress and improved mood.
