👁 THE FALL OF THE GURU 👁
The unveiling of truth demands that we see beyond the false sense of security. We’re collectively realizing that we’re worshipping idols. From R. Kelly’s predatory ways, to Epstein, Maxwell, Yogi Bhajan, Maharishi, Bikram, Weinstein, Michael Jackson, and countless politicians, and Catholic Church priests, how much truth has currently surfaced? We’re angry because we feel like they’ve failed us...a big sign we’re attached to the messenger rather than the heart of the message. We place these people on pedestals and enraged that they’re committing heinous crimes.
What is it in us that longs for a teacher, or those to look up to? Are they a distraction to avoid true responsibility for oneself? Do our “teachers” give us someone/something to continually check and measure the ego? Two mistakes we’re making as students about those we place on pedestals: 1. We assume they’re perfect. 2. We assume they’re pure. We’re perpetrating the reality based on our EGO and our habitual need to validate our false righteousness. It’s time we break the cycle of delusion. False worship. Of course celebrities, gurus, politicians fuck up because they’re human just like you. We’ve historically longed for a spiritual teacher, but the truth is that the teacher is the channel. The teachings comes from Source and the grace of God, universe, whatever you want to call it. And with the change in times comes the realization that the guru is within. We find the answers inside ourselves. You have the ability to access the same Source beyond the personality or ego identity of one person or teacher. It is your responsibility to become a master of truth and awaken your own inner guru. This is the Aquarian Age.
