Long Ek Ong Kar can be done for 2 1/2 hours on their own. I spent 40 days reciting this mantra for 11 minutes for my morning sadhana. The above list of mantras take 62 minutes to do altogether, so if that’s too hefty for your schedule, pick one mantra that resonates with you, and start with 3 minutes every morning.
