They’ll guide you through a kundalini yoga session with a kriya to activate the fifth chakra with meditation and breathing, a live performance with dancing, followed by a deep relaxing soundbath with crystal bowls, gong, and various healing instruments. The soundbath will have reiki, where each person will receive healing energy while simultaneously taking in the vibrations of the soundbath.
