All good of this world, and all bad comes from the heart center. Your heart chakra is the most powerful center, and can also be the most hurtful. Opening your heart center from a place of love can awaken spiritual awareness, compassion for yourself, for others, and all of mankind. The heart is where you begin to see yourself through others, and see others to be as important as yourself. This is the chakra where “we” comes into fruition.

Janelle of Jupiter Soundscape and I are hosting a kundalini soundbath at @goinwardlb focusing on the heart chakra to activate this energy center within you. We’ll guide you through a kundalini yoga session with a kriya to activate the heart center with meditation and breathing, a live performance with dancing, followed by a deep relaxing soundbath with crystal bowls, gong, and various healing instruments. The sound bath will have reiki, where each person will receive healing energy while simultaneously taking in the vibrations of the soundbath.

Our first Kundalini Soundbaths laid the ground work for this heart center and the work is getting stronger. The combination of a stellar beat driven kundalini practice coupled with a powerful soundbath and reiki session gave way to so much surfacing and clearing of energetic and emotional stagnation we left buzzing for days. Prepare to feel self love, love for others, empathy, and happiness.
