This workshop includes:
- Introduction to the Age of Pisces and Aquarius
- A guided meditation and movement
- Sound healing journey with alchemy bowls, gong, chimes, drums, and shruti
- Individual reiki for each participant throughout the sound bath

@chooseamoretoday is a Vibrational Healer & Sound Therapist visiting us from Southern Utah who utilizes alchemy crystal singing bowls as his preferred healing tool since 2017 when he received his training directly from Paul Utz, the founder of Crystal Tones.
@kundalini_soul is a resident Kundalini Yoga Teacher at Go Inward having studied kundalini since 2003 and received her certification in 2016 at Golden Bridge Yoga NYC under the guidance of Gurmukh and Gurushabd.
Together, they join forces for this rare ceremony to bring you healing vibrations via the masculine and feminine.
