You might be hallucinating. Literally.
When you sit there anxious playing in your head a future event that hasn’t even happened yet.
Worrying about that presentation due tomorrow, or having to see that negative family member.
Overall, that energy that you’re putting into worrying is A WASTE OF TIME. Wondering how that person may react or situation will unwind, you’re not doing yourself any favors by feeding your negative mind.
