3 Daily Rituals

As pioneers of a new age, it’s important to instill daily rituals to get you through your day-to-day and keep you connected and grounded. Here are 3 easy rituals you can start doing today:

  1. Bless your food. Every meal you have, place your hands over your food, close your eyes, and say thank you. Recognize the immense blessing of having something to eat every single day. 

  2. Say mantra for protection every time you put your keys into your ignition. If you’re a big city dweller in London, NYC, Montreal, etc. and depend on public transportation, you can mantra it out right when you get into the subway or Uber (silently of course!). In kundalini, the mantra for protection is:

Ad Guray Nameh, Jugad  Guray Nameh, Sat Guray Nameh, Siri  Guru  Devay Nameh

3. Smudge your house with palo santo/sage/lavender right when you get home, or light a candle. The act of lighting a fire helps connect you with your center, and smudging will clear your space and purify the air. Make sure you’re opening your windows when you smudge!
